The School and the Role

Vision for Education are recruiting sports coaches to transition into education as cover supervisors within secondary school settings.

This role is ideal for confident, organised individuals with a background in sport, coaching, or youth work who are looking to gain classroom experience. As a cover supervisor, you will lead classes during the short‑term absence of the teacher, delivering pre‑set lesson plans across a range of subjects, including practical‑based lessons where appropriate.
