• Call: 24-hour beeper call; 20-minute response time

• Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient
• Patients Per Day: 8-10
• Support Staff: PA/NPs: 1
• Trauma Level: 2
• PEDs Level: 2
• Call:
  • 1:4 call ratio
  • phone consults
  • weekend call includes minimal rounding
• Providers will have 1 hour for new patient and Diabetic appointments and 30 minute follow up appointments

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatrics - Endocrinology
• Licensed in Washington or IMLC
• DEA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: 7-14
• Fellowship Preferred
• References Required
