The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure track academic position.
Academic rank at the time of appointment shall be commensurate with experience and credentials.
The successful applicant will be a pediatric provider in any relevant sub-specialty with experience in managing programs in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. A history of scholarship in these areas is preferred. This individual will serve as the Vice Chair of DEI in the Department of Pediatrics and Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, reporting directly to the Chair of Pediatrics and serving on the senior leadership team of the Department.
