Key Responsibilities
Calculating and processing pension transfers, including transfers in and out of the Fund.Managing divorce cases, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with pension sharing orders, and clear communication with members and external agencies.Checking and validating calculations and payments to maintain accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of service.Contributing to project work, including system improvements, regulatory changes, and service development initiatives.Supporting Pensions Assistants, offering guidance, quality checking, and sharing technical knowledge to help build capability within the team.
