Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Calculating and processing pension transfers, including transfers in and out of the Fund.

  • Managing divorce cases, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with pension sharing orders, and clear communication with members and external agencies.

  • Checking and validating calculations and payments to maintain accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of service.

  • Contributing to project work, including system improvements, regulatory changes, and service development initiatives.

  • Supporting Pensions Assistants, offering guidance, quality checking, and sharing technical knowledge to help build capability within the team.
