People Advisor – Project Delivery
- Play a key role in transitioning HR administration to a new delivery model
- Blend project work with hands‑on People Advisory support
- Help build scalable, fit‑for‑purpose people operations

You'll Achieve This By
- Mapping, documenting and refining HR processes and workflows, including SOP development
- Coordinating knowledge transfer, training and handover activities across teams and stakeholders
