The People & Culture Business Partner (PACBP) partners with leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. This role serves as a strategic advisor and coach, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and a high-performing, engaged culture. The PACBP supports a dynamic, fast-growing environment and plays a key role in shaping workforce planning, organizational design, employee experience, and leadership capability.
