About the role
This internal role sits within our People & Culture team, the heart of our firm. You’ll play a key role in supporting our people and leaders, driving initiatives that create an exceptional employee experience and progress our People & Culture strategy. It is a full‑time fixed‑term contract for 6 months, requiring an immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver cyclical People & Culture programmes such as performance cycles, graduate and intern initiatives, and wellbeing/engagement surveys.
- Partner with People & Culture Connect and Business Partners to ensure consistent, values‑led employee experiences across the firm.
- Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and people outcomes.
