Be front and centre with operations, building credibility on the ground, not from behind a desk. Own ER cases end-to-end, developing confidence through doing, not observing. Step up and take initiative, spotting issues early and acting on them. Influence leaders in real time, helping them navigate people challenges. Hybrid working: 4 days office, 1 day home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead ER cases across attendance, performance, and early‑stage issues, applying sound judgement to find practical, fair outcomes.
- Partner daily with leaders, coaching them to handle people challenges confidently and effectively.
- Coordinate onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle, ensuring consistently positive experiences.
