An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the People & Culture team at Powys Teaching Health Board, on a fixed term basis for 24 months. Working within the People & Culture Team at Powys offers a broader range of experience than a traditional HR business partner role, working closely with senior members of People & Culture team as well as senior members of staff across the organisation.
The post holder will work as part of the Business Partnering team to provide People and Culture advice across their respective nominated directorates and ensure a proactive, collaborative approach is in place to drive the achievement of the Health Board and Directorate objectives, this will include developing and maintaining positive working relationships with Trade Union partners.
