How does your working day look like …
- You’ll be independently responsible for holistic staff support of all your colleagues, including implementing projects to optimise the HR strategy and HR action plan – because we’ve got a lot of work ahead of us
- You’ll be involved in hotel budgeting, and you’ll support departmental managers when they’re assembling their teams
- Also on your daily “to do” list will be administrating all staff documents and cooperating with the external payroll accounting service
- You’ll be on hand for all your staff as both host and manager, and you’ll also be happy to train even the newcomers in the team
- You’ll recognise talent and, together with the General Manager, you’ll promote it
