Responsibilities
Execution of Operational business processes for the employee life cycle, including but not limited to the below:OnboardingTransfersJob ChangesOffboardingEmployee/Manager inquiriesFirst point of contact for all People related queries and process requirements Play a role in continuously improving People Operations methodologies, processes, workflow and automationPartner effectively with stakeholders across HR/People and in other departments on BAU, projects and team/department goalsCollaborate with Global Service Center (GSC) on the transition of work, process design and ongoing projectsAct as escalation point for GSCPartner with HR Business Partners on the transition of work by evaluating current process, design necessary process changes, creating/updating materials, establish timelines and global communication plansAnalyze and report HR data to proactively ...
