The People Operations Manager will provide high level of technical expertise and advice to members of management. This role involves management responsibility for a team of people partners in the market. With expertise in the local market, this role shall provide guidance and act as a subject matter expert on local laws, regulations and key people related initiatives that align with business objectives. The successful candidate is expected to deliver people analytics, interpret results and apply complex information to influence key business decisions.
