Job Description:
Role Purpose
The People Services Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality transactional and specialist HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employee data integrity, process compliance, and service excellence. The Specialist works closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), Payroll, and other internal teams to resolve complex employee queries and improve HR operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
** Service Delivery & Support
Provide expert-level support to employees, managers, and HRBPs across a wide range of HR processes including onboarding, contract management, employee movements, benefits, and exits.
Ensure HR transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and local employment regulations.
