Job Description
Responsibilities: - Install, configure, administer, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components, including Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and middleware running on Windows infrastructure.
- Perform PeopleSoft bundle patching, maintenance updates, and PeopleTools upgrades.
- Monitor the PeopleSoft environment for system performance, resource utilization, availability, and overall system health, including proactive performance tuning.
- Provide application and technical support, bug fixes, and remediation for vulnerabilities and security issues affecting existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the PeopleSoft environment, including network, software, hardware, operating system, middleware, and connectivity.
- Develop, implement, and support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications.
