Schedule & Work Expectations
This per diem position requires flexibility to support clinic operations across multiple sites. Candidates must be able to:
+ Work Saturdays from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
+ Work Occasional evening shifts until 7:30 PM
+ Float between NSCH's Salem, Peabody, and Gloucester locations as needed

Reporting to the Site Manager in a very busy office, the Per Diem Patient Services Representative (Front Desk) serves as the first face our patients encounter, ensuring patients are appropriately registered, scheduled, and charged for medical visits to facilitate smooth clinic flow.
