THE ROLE
This role will own the performance marketing function across paid acquisition, campaign strategy, reporting, and planning, reporting directly to the Business Head. The mandate is simple: scale revenue efficiently, improve marketing quality, and bring tighter control to how
spend turns into sales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute deeply. The expectation is not just to run campaigns, but to understand the numbers behind them, spot opportunities early, and drive experiments that improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and repeat revenue
over time.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1) Paid Marketing β Meta & Google
β’ Own performance marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google end-to-end: strategy, campaign builds, budget
allocation, optimisation, and reporting.
β’ Set and hit ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue targets; review performance weekly with the Business Head.
