Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid campaigns across all group businesses.
Group Structure This role will manage paid marketing campaigns across all group brands requiring strong organisation and the ability to handle multiple campaigns and objectives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Run campaigns on TikTok Ads.
- Run campaigns on Google Ads.
- Test creatives and audiences.
- Optimize campaigns daily for performance.
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Scale winning campaigns.
- Work with the content team to improve ad creatives.
Qualifications - 3–6+ years experience in performance marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads (essential).
