What you'll do

- Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end (strategy, launch, optimisation, reporting)

- Take over an existing real estate client account (active campaigns, quiz funnels, pixel tracking)

- Write creative briefs for the designer, analyse performance, iterate fast

- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, custom events, GTM)

- Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS daily and make data-driven decisions

- Prepare weekly performance reports

- Identify audience and creative fatigue early and propose solutions

Requirements

- 2–4 years hands-on Meta Ads experience (real campaign architecture, not just boosted posts)
