Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager, User Growth (Paid Media) to drive global user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven growth strategies and experimentation. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across major digital advertising channels, including strategy, creatives, and budget allocation. Analyze performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROI, retention) and drive continuous optimization. Partner with data teams to define growth metrics, dashboards, and monitoring systems. Lead growth experiments using funnel analysis, user segmentation, and A/B testing to improve key growth metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize growth and experimentation processes.
