Job Details - Perm Part Time
- $12 to $16 per hour
- 0900–1700 (2 to 3 weekdays a week, minimum 2 days)
- North Buona Vista Link (Near Commonwealth MRT)
Responsibilities - Enter new PO in JDE
- Local Depot – Send instructions to depots, independent inspectors, transport companies and/or other suppliers (drum, etc.)
- Antwerp Depot – Send via EDI (Scotty) and ensure the EDI was processed
- Follow up with transporters/depot on vessel confirmation
- Follow up with loading and send updates to customers
- Invoice order and prepare shipping documents to customers
- Accounts receivables – Monitor and send SOAs to customers
- Prepare quotations on behalf of Sales Managers based on the quoted selling price
- Any other jobs assigned by managers/directors
