• Leading the team to achieve Company’s objective and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service excellence.
• Meet annual sales budgets and profitability
• Control and monitor expenses
• Identify and evaluating new business opportunities
• Formulate business strategy & implementing business development and action plans
• Analysing, interpreting and benchmarking operations performances, business conditions and market dynamics
• Directing a team of sales professionals
• Implementing new initiatives in staff development to enhance the operations culture / standards of quality services delivered
• Develop annual Business Plan (including implementation of Key Deliverables)
