About the role Operate and monitor the AD plant and associated systems using SOPs, SCADA and local controls to meet performance targets.
Manage start-ups, shutdowns, isolations and respond to process deviations to optimise plant efficiency.
Carry out first-line mechanical/electrical maintenance and support PPMs, engineers and contractors.
Receive, inspect and handle feedstock; operate mobile plant (if trained) and maintain site housekeeping.
Work safely and compliantly with all H&S, environmental permits and ABP requirements.
Complete shift logs, KPIs and handovers, working closely with the wider operations team.
Criteria Experience in a process plant environment with SCADA/PLC operation.
Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical maintenance and fault-finding skills.
