We’re looking for ambitious recruiters to take over a well‑established recruitment desk at Reed. You’ll cover office support and commercial recruitment across Surrey and the surrounding area, focusing on permanent and fixed‑term placements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full 360 recruitment process: Engage in every aspect of recruitment business development and client acquisition, from job briefings to deal closures.
- Candidate sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals and headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks and match them with job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross‑selling opportunities.
