Administration of client e-permit system. Review and feedback approval of supplier / contractor RAMS and permit application. Ensure contractors have completed their company and engineers profiles within the permit system. Creation of all Cyan access badge requests for BGIS contractors submitted according to names on permits. Overview of all works ensuring that there are no works clashing within same areas of building. Attend site permit meetings with client / contactor. Adding isolations details incl. smoke detection / sprinklers / electrical / mechanical to the permit.
