Office-Based / Field Support ‑ Full‑Time ‑ Reports to Operations Manager

Circet UK are currently recruiting for a Permit Coordinator to join the Traffic Management team and ensure that our projects stay on programme by lining up permits and expediting the permit process for all parties for works on behalf of our blue‑chip clients such as Openreach. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations across the England & Scotland road network.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administer planned and emergency street works notices/permits
• Liaise with Local Authorities, in‑house TM staff, and other third parties
• Submit permits and TTROs in a timely fashion
• Coordinate additional permit requirements (e.g., parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, road closures)
• Primarily administer permits/notices on behalf of our in‑house TM division
