Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Tagalog-speaking Personal Assistant to the Chairman to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and basic accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
