Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations for family needs.
  • Plan travel itineraries and organize family events and engagements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for various services.
  • Manage contacts and calendars efficiently.
  • Run errands and handle pick-up/drop-off tasks as required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, scheduling, and prioritizing daily tasks.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
