Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel, VISA, and APEC applications for Partners and team members while ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
  • Manage travel-related expense claims, corporate credit card reconciliation, and timely submission of claims through Concur.
  • Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling, and daily administrative duties.
  • Manage Zoom accounts, meeting room bookings, and safeguard corporate credit card information.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including venue, F&B arrangements, vendor liaison, and on-site support when required.
  • Oversee office administration including stationery inventory, guest hospitality, and office support functions.
  • Support team operations by providing backup coverage and assisting with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.
