Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
• Provide full administrative and personal support to the CEO, VP, and Directors.
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and business activities.
• Coordinate and prepare meeting arrangements, agendas, and minutes.
• Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, letters, and internal communications.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
