Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Provide secretarial support to the Department Head by managing a hectic schedule, making business travel arrangements and expenses claims, and providing coordination work for internal/external events and programs.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Building relationships with key internal and external customers
- Maintaining of office systems and ensure proper filing of all documents
- Timely processing of purchase orders, invoices and expense claims
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Management
Job Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
