Job Description
- Arrange meeting and schedule meeting for project team
- Manage daily schedules and coordination
- Keep track of monthly progress claims
- Aggregate summary of claims and payments
- Handle ad hoc administrative duty such as booking for meetings and meals
- Prepare weekly site progress report
- Managing project related paperwork
- Coordinating with subcontractor suppliers
- Issue LOA, PO and drawings
- Receive, process and distribute subcontractor shop drawings
