Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
  • Attend telephone calls and deal with enquiries, requests etc in a friendly, helpful manner. Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required
  • Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Draft letters, emails, and official documents
  • Organize meetings, events, and company functions
  • Maintain databases and records

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Secretary
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
