A highly respected national industry body within the financial services / insurance sector is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide dedicated executive support to the Head of HR & Operations .
This is a high-trust, high-visibility role. You will act as a gatekeeper, project coordinator, governance administrator, and administrative backbone to a busy executive office. You will also support Board committees , manage a Code of Conduct complaints process (administrative only β legal team handles responses), and assist with special projects such as AGMs.
