Sales Planning & Activities

• Promote, introduce, and market a range of Tokio Marine’s life-insurance products to Bank’s customers (including Whole Life Plan, Endowment Plan, Medical Plan, and Investment Linked Plan).
• Perform needs-based selling by understanding customers’ financial goals, protection needs, savings, education, medical, and retirement savings.
• Brief and ensure customers understand the insurance plan features and charges, prepare quotations, and explain product disclosure.
• Assist customers in handling premium payment, policy enquiry, policy servicing, and claims‑related matters.
• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads (LMS) and self‑generated leads.
• Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
