COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external authorities, regulators, legal, ML-KYC, credit policies and service standards
• Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to money laundering and KYC in day‑to‑day operations, which include account opening, reporting suspicions and providing support to superiors and subordinates
• Ensure data integrity and that all customers’ income documents are original upon sighting
• Conduct face‑to‑face interviews with customers
