COMPLIANCE RISK MANAGEMENT

1. Ensure compliance with internal policies, external authorities, regulators/legal/ML-KYC, credit policies, and service standards.
2. Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to money laundering and KYC in day-to-day operations, which include account opening, reporting suspicions, and providing support to superiors and subordinates.
3. Ensure data integrity and that all customers’ income documents are original and sighted.
4. Conduct face-to-face interviews with customers.
