Lead consultative sales conversations from initial interest to confirmed booking. You will handle objections, manage urgency, drive upsells, and take full ownership of your individual revenue targets (NTR).
Build and nurture a personal client portfolio using both inbound requests and proactive outbound campaigns. You will manage structured follow-ups in our CRM to encourage repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
Master MSC itineraries, ships, and pricing to confidently recommend tailored solutions that balance customer needs with our premium brand experience.
