You will respond to client inquiries efficiently and maintain competitive account offerings through renewals and remarketing. Additionally, this position includes opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and managing claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional client service via phone, email, and fax
• Review renewals and deliver competitive quotes
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance growth
• Handle endorsements, claims, and renewals through EPIC
• Process necessary documentation using company portals
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of personal insurance account management experience
• R.I.B.O. license is mandatory
