We are looking for a Personalization Technician to transform everyday merchandise into custom masterpieces at Decathlon.

• Custom Printing: Operate heat press and digital printing equipment for apparel (T-shirts, hoodies) and bags.
• Laser Engraving: Set up and run laser machinery to engrave designs onto metal, wood, and various lifestyle products.
• Quality Control: Ensure every piece meets high standards for alignment, color, and finish.
• Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of personalization machinery.
• Workflow Management: Manage orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines.

• A foundational understanding of design principles (alignment, scaling, file types).
