Personyze is looking for immediate recruitment of Customer Success Managers.
The primary responsibility of the Customer Success Manager is to drive and grow new business revenue with new and existing clients, support new clients throughout engagement process, and to up-sell existing customers with additional services. The candidate must have the following skills / experience:
Past experience in online sales / account managementExperience in Pre- and Post- Sale Support for Inside Sales Team2+ years professional services or sales engineer experienceSuccess driven and goal oriented, highly motivated individual. A “farmer”!Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages – a plus)Experience with a SaaS company – a plusCompensation structure: base + commissions
