Overview

The Pest Control Technician is responsible for ensuring that all activities such as monitoring, recording, and control of pests are properly executed; and effective pest control management is implemented in all areas of the plant and other sites.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control Management
• Conduct daily monitoring and recording of pests trapped in yellow sticky traps, rat glue, and other pest control devices.
• Replenish pest control devices when necessary.
• Check warehouse stocks to monitor rodent nesting place, feeding signs, and droppings.
• Conduct misting and spraying of production and warehouse areas based on established pest control plan.
• Conduct fumigation of new stocks and warehouse stocks, when necessary.
• Report any pest control issues and concerns to QC Analyst assigned as Pest Control Officer and QC Manager immediately.
