Job Description

- Handle daily administrative and clerical duties to support office operations.
- prepare invoices, quotations, purchase order and project documentation.
- liaIse with clients, suppliers and internal operations team on project updates.
- maintain proper filing of contracts, reports, permits, and compliance documents
- assist in data entry, record keeping, and updating company databases
- manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
- ensure smooth day - to - day office administration by management
