A high-growth business in the convenience sector is looking for a sharp, hands‑on Operations Business Manager to oversee a portfolio of petroleum / fuel locations and Fast Food Restaurants. You'll own the numbers, the standards, and the people.

What You’ll Need

• General Fuel station / petroleum location managementexperience 8 years ++
• 5–7 years in multi-site operations
• Branch or Regional Management Fast Food experience at least 5 years OR
• Branch / site petroleum experience
• Strong financial, stock control, and people management skills
• Valid driver’s licence — extensive travel required
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and POS systems
