Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Vibration Data Collection uploading and downloading to software along with FFT Analysis and Dynamic Balancing. Understanding of Wear Debris Analysis procedure and understanding of the Report and its implementation. Conducting NDT activities like Ultrasonic flaw detection hardness and thickness measurements of welding crack. Exposure of Rolling Element Brg and Journal Bearings its Function and Fitting/Dismantling. To prepare weekly compliance report for PM07 orders, abnormality notification, why-why analysis and all recommendation of why-why analysis. To conduct breakdown analysis review meeting for effective and actual root cause analysis of all breakdowns. To support SAP PM users for SAP PM module implementation and trouble shooting. Conduct static and dynamic balancing of rotors like impellers, crushers and other equipment's to optimize the vibration level for smooth function of equipment.
