Job Description
The role involves pharmacy operations management, medication inventory control, compliance, vendor coordination, student/customer engagement, reporting, and healthcare service coordination within a university ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Pharmacy Operations Management Manage day-to-day university pharmacy operations. Ensure smooth dispensing, stock availability, and service quality. Coordinate prescription fulfillment and OTC medicine management. Support implementation of SOPs, operational protocols, and service standards. 2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management Monitor medicine inventory, reorder levels, expiry management, and stock reconciliation. Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and suppliers. Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize wastage and stock-outs. Conduct periodic audits and inventory reviews. 3.
