Summary The Pharmacy Program Manager, Informatics is responsible for coordinating and managing all functions and activities related to Pharmacy networked computer applications and core technology systems related to the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center and outlying clinics. Responsibilities Major duties include, but not limited to: Provides administrative, technical, analytical and automated data processing (ADP) support to Pharmacy Service. Evaluates current information management procedures and practices to determine how effectively current goals are being met and how services could be improved through changes in automation Collaborates with and serves as a liaison between Pharmacy Service and Office of Information and Technology, Informatics, and Biomed, and ADP coordinators from other services.
