Key Duties

Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.Provide professional advice on medication use, side effects, and interactions.Conduct medication reviews and health consultations.Support patients with chronic disease with the community through health promotion activities and educational workshops.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.Experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred but not essential.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Passion for patient care and community health.
