This role is centered in a 400-bed hospital's Outpatient Infusion and Cancer Center, providing direct patient care and working closely alongside oncologists.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, day shifts
Responsibilities:
- Verifying medication orders with precision and attention to detail
- Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
- Consulting regularly with physicians and nursing staff to optimize cancer therapies
- Collaborating closely with oncologists to customize treatment plans for patients
- Utilizing the Allscripts electronic health record system effectively
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and active California Pharmacist License
