The Pharmacy Operations Director oversees and owns all operational aspects of a high-volume clinic pharmacy, ensuring optimal performance of people, processes, and systems. This leader maintains full compliance with state and federal regulations, sustains ACHC specialty accreditation, and aligns day-to-day operations with the organization’s mission to improve healthcare access and outcomes in the community. The role manages a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, reports to the Chief Pharmacy Officer, and serves as the public face of the pharmacy at local events.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee all operational aspects of the pharmacy to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of pharmacy services.

+ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 staff pharmacists and 7 pharmacy technicians, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
