**Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 5215 N. California, Chicago, IL**

**Work Schedule:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Perform medical tests at the point of care to provide immediate results for clinical decision-making.
+ Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
+ Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
+ Process billing information and collect payments when required
+ Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
+ Maintain patient and specimen information logs
+ Interpret and record results in compliance with established protocols
+ Provide superior customer service to all patients
+ Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
+ Travel to additional sites when needed
